Truly Hue LLC offers services including:

Color Analysis: Personalized color analysis to identify the colors and color characteristics that best complement you.

Personal Style Services: Personalized guidance to help you understand and express your individual style.

Wardrobe and Closet Services: Guidance and hands-on assistance with evaluating, editing, coordinating, and organizing your wardrobe.

3. Booking and Payment

Truly Hue LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary due to illness, emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In-Home Services: A deposit may be required for services provided at a client's home or another off-site location. Any required deposit and remaining balance will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change. The price in effect when your appointment or purchase is confirmed will apply to that booking unless otherwise stated.

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Regular appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of a deposit or other amounts paid, as described in the cancellation policy provided when booking.

Special events and limited-availability appointments may have different cancellation and refund policies because reserved spaces may be difficult to refill. The cancellation terms displayed or provided for a particular event or service at the time of booking will apply to that reservation.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing preparation instructions provided before an appointment and arriving or being ready at the scheduled time.

For color analysis, clients may be asked to arrive without makeup or self-tanner on the face so that natural coloring can be evaluated accurately. Additional preparation instructions may be provided before the session.

For wardrobe, closet, and personal style services, the amount that can be accomplished during a session will depend on factors such as the number of items being reviewed, the condition and organization of the space, and the client's decision-making process and participation.

5. Use of the Website
